📦 Secure Preorders and Delivery Times
Our goal is to offer you a smooth and transparent shopping experience. You can preorder our extra virgin olive oil from our finest productions. You can place preorders for the September and November productions, with shipping guaranteed by:
- October 15th for the September production
- November 15th for the November production
Once a preorder is placed, payment will be charged immediately.
🚚 Reliable Shipping Times
Your orders will be processed with the utmost care. We process your order within 24 hours after receiving the payment (Except for Preorders). We work with trusted couriers to ensure your shipment arrives on time.
Estimated delivery times:
- Deliveries in Italy: 2-3 working days
- Deliveries in Europe: 3-7 working days
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the package is Processed by the system, allowing you to track your order in real time.

🛡️ Damage and Claims Policy
We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice visible damage to the package at the time of delivery, we recommend not accepting it. In case of non-visible damage, please follow these steps:
- Take photos of the damaged package and the products inside.
- Send the photos to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange for a free replacement after assessing the issue. In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged item to proceed with the replacement.
🌍 International Shipping and Customs Duties
We ship across Europe. However, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country. We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.
